SIGN UP TO VOLUNTEER
Every volunteer is an integral part of the Chicago Furniture Bank’s mission to serve more households and end furniture poverty. Sign up for a shift today through our Volunteer Calendar, or fill out the form below to let us know you’re interested in helping us furnish homes!
Please note that our volunteer hours are Monday - Friday, 9am to 4pm!
THERE IS A JOB FOR EVERYONE!
No matter your experience or age, there’s a volunteer opportunity for you! Our wide range of positions mean anyone and everyone can help us serve our clients while improving their own skills. If you’re interested in behind the scenes work or face-to-face client interactions, there are roles that match anyone’s preferences.
Volunteer as a group!
Sometimes it can be intimidating to join a new organization by yourself, so at the Chicago Furniture Bank, we work to ensure we can accommodate volunteer groups of up to 50 people! From a small group of friends to a whole company’s volunteer initiative, the CFB is the perfect fit for your team!
Please send group volunteer inquiries to
